    1. What is the Name of Your Business or Brand You Represent?
    Variforrm Technology Solutions (I) Private Limited

    2.What are your target Audience/clients?
    Being a solution provider we choose to reach out the audience and help them in any terms with the categories available with us. The essence of being called as a solution provider adds on a lot of commitment and expectations.

    We ensure we serve all the sectors immensely as we are into cloud based communication and no business is complete when the communication base, database recording and integration is not strong.

    SMS solution, voice solution and digital marketing services when clubbed helps us capture all the industries and not limit ourselves on that prospect.

    3. Where is your Business based (city, state, country) & what are your geographical target areas?
    Our company is based out of Bangalore, India. We have clients from all over India Including two tier cities like Patna, Ranchi, Vishakhapatnam, and Mysore.

    To be specific, we are looking forward to have the strongest base in this field in our own country and capture the smallest town also. There are states where the technology

    Making the services user friendly and easily accessible is our primary intention and would bring more add ones to it as we grow.

    4. What are your products or services?
    We are into SMS solution like Bulk sms which has two heads Transactional and Promotional SMS. This is one of the primary product I started the company.

    With push sums strategy came pull sums strategy and we had an add on to this solution as short code, long code, and International SMS.

    To move in par, we added voice solution to the list with latest Interactive voice response service, missed call services, toll free numbers, and click to call.

    Digital Marketing services like SEO , SEM , SMM , Affiliate Marketing , Email Marketing , Content Marketing and Mobile Marketing was the need of the hour and compelled us to introduce this new line of business. We are growing exceptionally well after the addition of this service line and ensure to stay connected as there are more changes in the market.

    5. Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?
    To be honest, there are lot of competitors with the same service in the market. Not having a monopoly was a threat to us once but we could overcome by being more qualitative with our business. We believe that pricing isn’t the most important factor to overlead your competitors.

    The business fashion has also changed and people look for quality in the service and the continued support. If these clubbed together leaves no stones unturned to make leads convert into successful sale.

    Honesty is one rule we apply and plead to continue with the same intention.

    6. What best Marketing practices/tools that you always rely for the business development, marketing and branding?
    I have adopted all practices starting from the traditional way of word of mouth, to use social media as one of my regular tools now.

    LinkedIn has given me enough space to connect with people and explore things professionally. Being 7 years into service marketing and branding Is something which can never be ignored.

    Our services being intangible in nature cannot be advertised but can be played and moulded well.

    7. What skills do you want in your employees/team at the time of hiring?
    Long term commitment and passion to work. An individual when hired looks for individual growth and tries to ignore the fact that it’s possible only when individual growth moves in par with organisational growth. A perfect blend of team spirit and respect for work is all we look for in a candidate. May be the concepts sounds traditional but it 100% makes a difference.

    8. What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
    We are planning to have more resellers with us and promote our services, where our service quality becomes our brand. Expansion requires good capital and demands a stable future for business. I would take each step considering all the pros and cons as I do not want any loops in future and bring a bad name to my company.

    9.Where do you want to see yourself in next 10 years?
    One of the leading entrepreneurs all over the world but would still love to explore and unfold the complete journey of an entrepreneur as I believe it’s never ending.

    10. What was the most challenging part of your journey till now? How did you overcome those challenges?
    Business is all about changes and challenges. Every day brings new news and you have no way to escape. Talking about the major of all is when I started with a team of 12 people and had only 2 people left. That was the biggest realisation that my business is making money but is still a poor business because the management and “PEOPLE” is what I lost.

    I lost the major assets of my company i.e. my employees and the reality was just different from others. I had stiff competition and this brought the best in product and worst in me. I build a new team and this time I knew the factors that had to be considered.

    11. Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
    Ratan Tata has been my role model. If asked why, he has got the right business ethics and never ran behind anyone to achieve big. Respect, name and fame is earned by your deeds. He has shown us failures are important as it gives you chance to learn more and experiment. That excitement and enthu to try something with a hope that it might click compels you to work more. TATA’s are not only the ones with huge enterprise but technically they have been the solution givers for every range of class be it middle class or a rich man.

    12. How your current profile has transformed you as a person?
    It’s not easy to run the company. This role has made me more patient and a valid decision maker. I motivate myself and be more abstract in nature while I am addressing my team.

    13. If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
    Starting my career all over again as an entrepreneur, it would be like taking a new birth. I would consider myself lucky enough to not commit same mistakes and be a star from start. Less surprises to unfold. Business is a race, you have no option to restart it, and though you can pick up it from the place you took a break at.

    14. What is that one thing you would like to change in your organization/Business today?
    Patience and Customer relationship management. Customers and employees make company a family and a family is never a happy one until and unless both the parties do not understand the worth and support each other.

    I have always been motivated and mentored – When you feel like quitting, think about why you started” and would suggest every employee of mine and the ones who own a business to follow the same.

    15. Anything, you would like to say to our readers or fellow business people?
    A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business and when you feel like quitting think about why you started.

    16. What your company is doing under CSR?
    We are associated with few NGO’s and sponsor few blood donation camps and would be happy to enrol ourselves with other projects and support this social cause.

    17. What Plans do you have for booming Startups in your country?
    Instead of being a competitor to each other let’s explore the technology more and come up with new ideas.

    Before making money out of a business, my idea would be to help people through your work and they automatically realise your worth.

    Mobile phones, computers have anonymously become a fixed part, similarly lets come up with concepts which helps the society and not exploit.

    18. Tell us something about your education & family background.
    I am from a business background family from Haryana. We were settled in Assam till 1999 and shifted to Bangalore in 2000 as my father wanted us to study well as the scope of education was not that good.
    He started his construction material supply business in Bangalore in 1999 and we shifted in 2000 and joined school.
    The exposure we got was tremendous as I learnt everything in my school and college and I really thank my teachers who always supported and made me learn new things.

    Considering the degree I am a B-com dropout as I was more focused towards starting my new venture rather than spending time on those theoretical concepts.

    19. What is your USP which makes it unique & different from other Business in similar domains.
    USP is one of the key point for any business or enterprise. That is one spark which differentiates us from our competitors.

    A healthier world needs a strong foundation – one that establishes quality, sets the bar for scientific rigor and technological progress. To be frank, we collaborate our service with the quality we deliver with. The features of our service remains the same as and how the algorithms are updated.
    Our business is purely on delivery of service and how after sales support is handled.

    We make sure our customers understand the flow and concept of our product and make them familiar with the pros and cons of using it.

    We prefer to provide a demo so that they can clear their doubts beforehand and we build that trust and mutually benefit each other

    20. Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?
    The perception of success is often linked to our stage of life. Success can never be measured. It acts as a synonym to hunger, which is never ending. Every day you have a new drive to explore something new and sometimes just enjoy with the daily course.
